HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our P90 program has been designed specifically for busy professionals and follows our simple and proven 4-step framework…

STEP 1: REFOCUS

Before you start you will have a 1-hour consultation with one of our coaches to identify your personal goals, understand your work and family commitments, and identify your starting point. Your coach will help you get clear on your training, nutrition, and simple daily habits that will lead you to your desired result. Your roadmap will be crystal clear, giving you confidence and belief and your weekly schedule for training agreed upon. You will be inducted into your private personal training group and will be fully set up and ready to go. 

STEP 3: OPTIMISE

Now it’s about taking the results and momentum you have generated in your first month and doubling that over the next 60 days. Based on the simple daily lifestyle, training and nutritional habits you and your coach created, this phase is about accountability, support, and adherence. The goal here is to help you show up consistently so you can compound your initial results and momentum. 

STEP 2: RESET

Together we will create a simple nutrition, training & lifestyle protocol for you to follow based on your goals and your work and life commitments. This will be designed to work around your personal circumstances and will be a personal blueprint for losing up to 4kg in 28 days, generating higher levels of energy and avoiding the afternoon slumps, improving your gut health, improving sleep quality, and creating rapid momentum in your health and fitness journey in your first month. 

STEP 4: EMBEDD

This is where we review and refocus based on your first 90 days with us. In this phase we will again identify your core focus and clarify your goals however, we shift our focus towards sustainability and lifestyle change, giving you the tools, resources and support to make this new quality of life and health one that works for you with ease, so you can continue forever.

WHERE IS THE GYM LOCATED?

Foundation Gym is a small private personal training gym located at 159 The Terrace in Wellington CBD. We don't run an open membership model, all clients at Foundation receive personal training in either a 1-1 or small group setting. We cap our membership numbers to ensure every single client gets the attention and coaching they deserve. To be honest, it's more of a tight knit family than a typical gym.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER 90 DAYS?

After your initial 3 month commitment for the F90 program, you can continue at Foundation as part of our small group personal training membership (which has all the same benefits included). Of course you are welcome to leave anytime after your initial 3 month commitment, we run a gym not a prison 😂 But the majority of our members have been with us for years because of the results they get and the incredible environment and community we have created at Foundation Gym.

EXPLAIN SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING?

After working in the personal training industry for over 15 years, we saw many pitfalls with the traditional 1-1 personal training model. We launched our small group personal training model 5 years ago and the results have been incredible. Small group personal training has all the same personalisation, programming, and coaching as 1-1 PT, however sessions are delivered in a small group environment with 2 trainers working with a capped group of 8 clients (1 trainer per 4 people). Session times are locked in so you have a set training times each week (like 1-1 PT), but you also get the support and accountability of the 7 other members in your group, and the enjoyment and energy of training as a small team. It enables us to deliver high end personal training at a lower cost, with even more benefits than traditional PT. Come and give it a try! Yes! We run a small boutique personal training gym and we cap our membership to ensure every client gets the level of coaching and support they deserve. We work closely with every single member of Foundation Gym and we have incredibly high retention rates which means membership spaces are often full or very limited.
