Join the Club, and on the 1st of each month, we’ll connect you with three other individuals who are on their weight loss journey. Together, you’ll choose an activity, set a time and place, and meet up for support and motivation.
There are no strict rules—just enjoy the process. Share your progress, discuss challenges, swap tips, or simply have fun while staying active.
You could go for a walk, try a workout class, hike a local trail, or do a group fitness session—it’s entirely up to you.
The only requirement? Your meetup must involve movement—because transformation happens one step at a time.
